Building Your Six Pack with AB Ripper X (A P90X Workout Program)

So you want to build a six pack ab that will make other guys jealous and chicks admire? You want to look good and confident when you take your shirt off at the beach, pool or just about anywhere else? Below I’ll list 11 abdominal workout used in Ab Ripper X, a P90X workout program. Plus I’ve included some videos so you can see how it’s done.
But first, let me be truthful and tell you that exercising your abs alone is not going to give you the six pack abs you want if you have some fat covering your abdominal muscles. You will need to burn off the fat layer in order to show off those beautiful ab muscles. You can burn off the fat through cardio workout and before you lose interest, the good news is, cardio workout can be easy and quick if you know the right cardio workout. Ab Ripper X workout #1 – In & Outs

For this first Ab Ripper X workout, sit on your mat with your legs straight out in front of you and off the floor. Now using your butt as a pivotal point, bring your knees up to your chest, while still keeping your legs off the floor. Then straighten your legs back to the starting position.
One rep count is bringing your legs to your chest and then back to the starting position. Do 25 reps.
You can plant your hands on either side of your body for support or raise them in the air for balancing.

Ab Ripper X workout #2 – Bicycles

Usings the same starting position as the In & Outs exercise, move your legs in circle like you are riding a bicycles. Do 25 reps. Stop and then do the reverse for another 25 reps. Once again, you can put your hands on your side or up in the air to help support yourself.

Ab Ripper X workout #3 – Crunchy Frog

Exactly like In & Outs except you keep your arms straight out your sides when your legs are straighten and when you bring your legs to your chest, you bring your arms around your knees.s

Ab Ripper X workout #4 – Cross Leg/Wide Leg Sit Ups
